Quality Assurance is responsible for the site compliance, realization, and specific maintenance further development of internal Quality Management Systems.

Quality Assurance ensures that APIs and Intermediates produced from various stages of manufacturing comply with CGMP requirements.

R & D

Vemed Pharmaceuticals prides itself for being one of the few pharmaceutical organizations that thrives on a robust research and Development program. We have started with investing in R&D in the beginning of establishment, which gave us a head start for developing an expansive basket of products to meet diverse market requirements.

Quality Control

Warehouse

Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing the program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with the data storage system

Production

Verification of packing material/ raw material during dispensing and receipt of packing material/ raw material as per BMPR (Batch manufacturing & packing record)
Manufacturing & packing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, Intermediates & specialty chemicals.

Engineering

Carry out all maintenance related activities related to (i) break down maintenance of plant machinery (ii) operation and maintenance of utility services, etc. with proper supervision, monitoring, and guidance.
Execution of various renovation and project works.
