Engineering Overview

• Carry out all maintenance related activities related to (i) break down maintenance of plant machinery (ii) operation and maintenance of utility services, etc. with proper supervision, monitoring, and guidance.
• Co-ordination, administration and controlling of technical crews of the engineering department.
• Preparation of yearly preventive maintenance schedule of plant equipment and execution of the same.
• Validation (PQ) of production facilities and utility services as per SOP.
• Preparation of SOP in compliance with GMP.
• Execution of various renovation and project works.
• To check the quality system within the department.
• To participate in investigations related to deviations, incidents, etc.
• To identify the training needs and take appropriate action to ensure that all personnel are appropriately qualified and adequately trained.
